dragon22391 ~ Silver Snakes

Ryu, Bomberman, XIII, Sora, Iori, and Sigma

Ryu has all his powerful melee attacks, his standard special moves and his super moves, though he has to build up enough power to use them.

Bomberman is as he appears from the Bomberman series. He is capable of creating bombs out of thin air, kicking them into things, and charging them up for a stronger explosion.

XIII (pronounced like the number 13) is as seen by the end of XIII, possessing all of his skills and wearing the best body armor and helmet. He's got access to a ___, a ___, a ___, and 3 frag and flash grenades each.

Sora is as he appears in Kingdom Hearts 2 with his best non-broken equipment, and is able to use his Valor, Wisdom, and Master forms, though they aren't infinite, use the same gauge (starting with and limited to 5), and won't eat up an ally. He doesn't have Magnet, summons, limits, or any reaction commands.

Iori is as he appears in the King of Fighters series in his regular state. He has access to most of his moves, including his supers, though they must be "charged"; he can also enter his Riot of the Blood state for 10 seconds during the match.

-OR-

Orochi Iori is as he appears in the King of Fighters/Capcom vs. SNK series, with all of his moves though his supers must be charged. Having succumbed to his cursed bloodline he has entered a berserker rage, making him considerably stronger, faster, and more ruthless, though as he's lost complete control he'll attack ally or enemy.

Sigma is as he appears in Mega Man X4, exclusively in his 2nd form.

-OR-

Sigma is as he appears in Mega Man X3, exclusively in his 1st form.

Drakeryn ~ Pink Tigers

Cloud, Ziggy, Mecha-Rizer, Nero, Dracula, Zero, Dante, and Assassin

Walter Sullivan is as he appears at the end of Silent Hill 4. He brings his full compliment of weapons, including dual pistols, a lead pipe and a chainsaw. Walter cannot access his invincible shadow form in battle.

Commander Keen is armed with his neural stunner, which in this context stuns enemies for 10 seconds or until they are hit by an attack, but which does no damage. He has infinite ammo and access to his trusty pogo stick.

Magus is as seen in Chrono Trigger in his playable form, with access to his best non-broken equipment and all of his magic save for Black Hole. He can glide a bit off the ground here, but he cannot fly.

Jake Armitage is as he appears in Shadowrun, with maximum possible stats. He brings to battle his best assault rifle, body armor and all his spells, including Summon Spirit.

Cloud is as he appears in FF7 and the KH games. He can't fly, but he can glide off the ground a bit. He has all his limit breaks including Omnislash, and he can only use ___ and ___ magic, letting him ___ and ___.

Ziggy is as he appears in Xenosaga Episode 1, equipped with his Beam Pod and his best non-broken equipment. He has access to his (and only his) techs and ether attacks, and he may use his boosters to fly/hover, but he cannot use his camo at all.

Bill Rizer is as he appears in Contra, possessing ___ and ___, though his weapons will hit friend and foe alike. While his durability is as suspect as ever (meaning he can die in one hit, not that he necessarily will), whenever he dies he'll come back 2 seconds later in roughly the same position with the same weapons (if he'd auto-die again being there, the closest neutral place) up to 15 times. He has been transformed into a mechanized version of himself, but his personality and memories remain intact, and he is still able to perform any supernatural techniques.

Nero is as he appears in Devil May Cry 4 in his base form. However, his arm is restricted to gameplay only, and he does not have Yamato or anything related to it (devil trigger included).

Dracula is as he appears in the Castlevania series, in his base humanoid form at his full power (none of that pansy "just got revived oh boy" weakling here!). He has access to most of his non-broken moves seen through the series in this state, including teleporting, biting, fireballs, fire pillars, dark energy balls, turning into bats, etc. (but not summoning stuff). That said, he isn't invincible when doing any of his moves and unlike the games, can be damaged in parts besides the head.

Zero is as he appears in the Mega Man Zero series, in his Active Form as seen in Zero 2. He has his Saber, Buster, Shield Boomerang, and <weapon>, as well as the EX skills from <game weapon's from>. He doesn't have any cyber elves or chips, save for his elemental trio.

Shiva is as she appears in Final Fantasy X, with only her base magic and her Overdrive, though it must be charged. She does not have access to Heavenly Strike.

Dante is as he appears in DMC4, with a few differences. First off, he lacks any sort of regen, Devil Trigger, or weapons besides Ebony & Ivory and Rebellion. Second, he will use the weapons as he does in the gameplay. Outside of that however, the man himself is at canon levels, cutscene driven and all.

Assassin is as seen in the Heaven's Feel Route of Fate/Stay Night. He starts in a position unknown to the enemy team and may not be detected by any means until his first attack. He may not use his Noble Phantasm, Heartbeat of Delusion, and only has a stock of 40 flying daggers. He has lost his Servant attribute of being immune to conventional weapons.

-OR-

Assassin is as seen in the Heaven's Feel Route of Fate/Stay Night. He starts in a position unknown to the enemy team and may not be detected by any means until his first attack. He may use his Noble Phantasm, Heartbeat of Delusion, once (bypassing the OHKO clause when he does) after his first attack and only has a stock of 40 flying daggers. He has lost his Servant attribute of being immune to conventional weapons.

GenesisTwilight ~ Blue Badgers

Vivi is as he appears in Final Fantasy IX with all of his best non-broken spells (e.g., Meteor, Death) and equipment. Nobody will attack Vivi in battle until he has attacked someone first (damaging abilities and berserked/mindless allies or enemies do not apply). He has all of his moves from either one here, including limited teleportation (with a ratio of 1 foot a second, max range of 20), except for flying mini-scythes.

Sol is as he appears in the gameplay of Guilty Gear Accent Core. He has access to all his moves save for gameplay mechanic-y things (e.g., Fautless Defense), though he cannot remove his limiter, is in his "normal" mode, and must build up his supers.

Omega is as he appears in Sonic Heroes, wielding triple barrel guns and mini rocket launchers in his arms. He is also fairly proficient in melee combat, being a big tough robot.

Marth is as he is seen in Fire Emblem and the Super Smash Bros. series. He does not have access to uncharacteristic SSB techniques such as Overshield and double-jumping.
